When a purchase is made on teachyoungkidsenglish.com, customers are required to input their full name, address, email address and payment details such as credit or debit card information or apple/google pay on the payment page. The information entered on the payment page is gathered and stored by automattic/woo commerce on behalf of TeachYoungKidsEnglish, and their privacy policy pertaining to payment data can be found here:

Customers receive emails containing links for downloading digital products, as well as confirmation of their purchases. These are automated emails sent from woo commerce, using data that customers enter on the payment page. The use of this data is covered by the above privacy policy. 

Customer names and email addresses are also sent to the email address teachyoungkidsenglish@gmail.com when a purchase is made. This data is stored on this email address account, in order to keep a record of customer purchases. The only event in which this data is used to contact the customer is relating to problems with a purchase, such as technical faults with downloading the digital product. It will never be used in relation to something other than a purchase a customer has made. 

You may give us your name and email address for promotional/information purposes, by entering your information in the email opt-in form on the website TeachYoungKidsEnglish.com. When you consent to giving TeachYoungKidsEnglish your name and email address for promotional/information purposes, we will store your details securely, and make reasonable efforts to keep this data secure. Customer purchase information is retained for 10 years from the date of purchase. Queries to our email address are saved in the email account for 1 year from date of sending. If you opt-in to our email subscription service, your data will be stored until you notify us that you wish to be removed from the subscription service.
